Forensic Entomology

Forensic Entomology is the application and the study of insects on a dead person's body. It is primarily associated with death investigations, but it can also be used to detect drugs or poisons, determine the location of an incident, and even find the time of the infliction on wounds. Forensic Entomology can be divided into three types. Urban, stored-product, and medical-criminal entomology.Historically, there have been several accounts of experimenting  with forensic entomology. The concept of forensic entomology dates back to at least the 14th century. It has been for a very long time. The typical types of bugs they use for Forensic Entomology is flies, beetles, mites, moths, wasps, ants, and bees. There are lots of types of bugs for this, but these are the most common that people use to try and figure out a crime or a murder. Lots of people find Forensic Entomology interesting because it has been around for so long. Also, it is about bugs and larvae on human bodies, which is interesting.
